PhilPsyCor’s President Ms. Ruby Benitez and Technical Director Dr. Christabel Chao attended the American Psychological Association (APA) annual convention in Denver, Colorado on August 4 to 7, 2016. Dubbed as the biggest gathering of psychologists, test authors and allied professionals in mental health from around the globe, this year’s convention was centered on the theme “Insights Emerge with the Exchange of Ideas”. Understanding that dedicated Psychologists’ quest for knowledge is never-ending, APA provided hundreds of conference sessions, continuing education workshops and networking events. PhilPsyCor’s representatives took this opportunity to stay abreast on the critical topics and best practices in the field of psychological assessment and mental health interventions.
