The 2012 APA Convention was held at the Orange County Convention Center, the Hilton Orlando Hotel and the Peabody Orlando Hotel, which started on Wednesday, August 1.

This was an opportunity to connect with the best minds in psychology from around the world. The attendees were able to learn about the latest research on social media and psychology; ponder the psychological implications of immigration; gain insight into relationships, sexuality, aging and more. Of course, the convention also provided a venue for psychologists to network with colleagues, mentors and friends.
